It is important for students to understand their roles in their community.  Volunteerism is a trait that we wish to instill in our students that will later be our citizens.  Twenty community service hours will be required to graduate.  The hours must be under adult supervision.  The adult supervising may not be a family member.  Students new to the district are only required 2.5 hours of community service for each semester they are enrolled at Shiloh.
