The Douglas County Health Department will again hold physical clinics at Shiloh this summer. There are two dates: June 27th and August 8th. Both clinics will be held from 9 to 4:30. This is a great opportunity to fulfill school physical requirements for students in first-year Preschool, Kindergarten, 6th, and 9th grades. The clinic is also offering sports physicals.
School and sports physicals will have a nominal fee of $5 for sports physicals and $10 for school physicals. If parents/guardians would prefer DCHC to bill insurance, we can bill commercial insurance plans and all Illinois Medicaid plans.
