Hello Shiloh families,
With the new year starting, we want to remind everyone what the process is to make changes to your student's transportation. You must contact the office before 1:00 on regular dismissal days and before noon on early-out days to make changes. This includes your student being a pickup, riding a different bus, etc. Do not send notes to teachers. Students do not always take notes from folders and give them to their teachers. Also, it is OK to email your teacher, but you must also contact the office. Teachers do not always have time to check their email during the day. Lastly, you will need to contact the office each day your student will have a change. We have almost 200 students in the elementary school, and we cannot keep track of weekly schedules. As always, the best way to ensure your student's transportation is correct is to have a consistent pickup and drop-off plan. When that is not possible, we appreciate your cooperation in following the procedure to have the best outcome possible when changing transportation. If the procedure is not followed, changes may not be made. Thank you all!
