Mr. Allen took his 8th grade students to the Hume polling place to learn about the voting process and how important voting is for citizens! They are currently learning about the Illinois Constitution and local elections, so they were able to participate in the ballot process, see how ballots are collected, and understand the importance of privacy and civic engagement. A HUGE thank you to the Hume election judges for welcoming us into the polls and inspiring learning!

We were excited to get our new school bus last week!
If you'd be interested in driving one of our buses, please contact Mr. Myers at 217-531-1850 ext. 4003 or myersb@shiloh1.org for more information.
